Rachael Cavanaugh

Dancing queen, design confidante, and our in-house glue, Rachael’s been part of JH Interior Design almost since day one. She joined the team fresh out of Metropolitan Community College with her Interior Design degree in hand and a sharp eye for style, quality and finishing touches that elevate every space she touches. In 2011, she and Julie formed a dynamic duo, and from there, the story just kept getting better.

Over the years, Rachael has worn just about every hat, starting as Design Assistant to her current role as Vice President and Team Integrator. Today, her passion lies in leading our JH team to thrive. For Rachael, the real magic happens when she gets to watch her teammates step into their creativity and bring beautiful spaces to life.

Outside the office, Rachael is all about family, fun, and a killer outfit. She’s a proud “boy mom” of two, a serial online shopper (with impeccable taste), and someone who can turn even a regular Tuesday into a dance party. If you ask her, motherhood is hands down the best gig in the world.

Tough call—but give me a pair of edgy jeans, a fitted tee, and great heels, and I’m in my happy place.
