A LEED Green Associate, Molly brings an adventurous spirit and thoughtful eye to every project she touches. A proud Iowa native, her love of variety shows up in her travels—whether supporting her sister’s triathlon company across Colorado, Utah and Nevada, studying art and design in Italy, or visiting friends and family across the country. Wherever she is, she’s soaking up inspiration and bringing it back to the work she loves.
Molly holds an Associate of Applied Science in Interior Design from Kirkwood Community College and is a certified LEED Green Associate. She’s passionate about creating beautiful, functional spaces rooted in universal design principles—spaces that don’t just look good but work well for everyone.
Formerly a barista (so yes, she takes her coffee seriously), Molly is all about quality conversations and intentional living. From travel dreams and yoga flows to brunch plans and symphony nights, she’s always up for something new.
What’s your idea of a perfect day?
It starts with a hot cup of coffee and a sunrise and ends with dessert—ideally carrot cake. (Yes, carrot cake is her comfort food. No regrets.)
