Rachael Cavanaugh

Dancing queen, “boy-mom”, and our resident go-to. Rachael has a talent for style and quality finishes, which make our projects that much better. She has been here *almost* since the very beginning, fresh out of school and armed with her Interior Design degree from Metropolitan Community College. Rachael and Julie started out as the best two-woman team there ever was in 2011. A variety of amazing projects and so many adventures later – here we are. Rachael has held many roles at jh Interior Design from Design Assistant to now Vice President and Team Integrator. Her current role focuses on team growth and expansion. Her passion for design becomes even more true to who she is when she gets the opportunity to help, watch, and witness her teammates create beautiful spaces of their own!

When she’s not in the office, chances are Rachael is surrounded by her family or online shopping. A true stylist at heart, she loves to express herself in creative ways, both in her home and in her closet! Rachael and her husband added their first child to their family in 2020. If you ask Rachael, she’d say nothing beats being a mom- hands down. Her favorite moments are those spent at home with “her boys”! Rachael also takes interest in good music and any opportunity to bust a move!
